1: Am I insured and bonded?

Yes, American Genie, Inc. is insured & bonded for your safety and peace of mind, as well as my own. My insurance is specifically designed for the pet care service industry. The purpose of a bond is to protect the owner & the client from losses due to acts of employee dishonesty. Although not completely necessary for businesses that do not have any employees, like myself, the bond provides peace of mind to both the client and the owner.

4. What are my prices?

Due to the personalized care for each pet, pricing is determined upon service request and initial visit. Please email American Genie for more pricing information.

5: Do I charge extra for holidays? 

There is an additional flat rate surcharge of $10.00, in addition to the regular per visit charge on the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
